Are the products really made of 100% linen?

Yes, we only use 100% linen fabric.

What does “Öko-Tex certified” mean?

The OEKO-TEX Association is formed by textile research and testing institutes and provides certificates for textile products that meet certain standards. In simple terms, the Oeko-Tex 100 certification, which our linen fabrics hold, stands for environmental responsibility and sustainability, especially regarding harmful substances.

Where are the products created?

The linen textiles – from duvet covers to laundry bags – are lovingly handmade in Poland.

Is customised production possible for all products?

Yes, all products found at Natural Product World can be ordered in custom sizes. To order a custom-made product, please contact us.

Is the linen pre-washed?

The linen fabric is pre-washed, which means that the reduction in size will not exceed 5%.

Isn’t bedding made of linen too warm in summer?

Not at all. The linen fabric is wonderfully light, which is why the bed linen can be used easily and comfortably all year round.

FAQ about payment and refund

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal. Please note that shipment will only take place after the payment has been received.

FAQ about delivery and shipping

Which countries can the products be delivered to?

Delivery is possible within the EU.

When are the goods shipped?

The delivery time is usually two to three weeks.

What does shipping cost?

Up to a total amount of 50€, shipping costs are 9.99€. From 50,01€ the shipping costs add up to 19,99€.

FAQ about the accounts

Is it necessary to create an account before placing an order?

No, you can simply place your order as a guest.

How can the password be changed?

To set a new password, visit the “My account” page and click on “Account details” in the menu bar on the left. This will take you to a form you can use to change your password.

How does the newsletter subscription work?

Select the “Newsletter” page and fill out the form with your name and a valid e-mail address. Click “Subscribe” to complete the process.
